Another journal...or not

When I asked Jennibick about their Ciak stock they recommended these Moderno journals (Cavallini) as a good alternative--lined, leather cover and tidily packaged--as they are not carrying Ciak's with white or ivory paper.

It appears the Daily Planner and Jennibick both have another 5x7 version without the band for a few dollars less.

Lined puts it into the negative column.

I do, however, have a Cavallini journal in a smaller version and not leather and the paper takes to fountain pen ink very well--no bleeding or feathering .
