Neyet on the Engineer Bag
I got to see a really good close-up of the bag. It looks like a five dollar bag I can get at any Army & Navy but bigger.

Still also after that bag to take to Guatemala
This bag is promising but I'm not yet convinced.Sometimes more is less.
I suspect having more pockets than many other bags may make finding something on the run problematic.

Renaissance Art Journal-The Name and the Look Says it All
Twenty or even ten years ago, The Renaissance product line would have captured my imagination--leather, soft, sleek and just plain beautiful. But I've learned from painful experience that carrying anything heavy does things to my back that often requires repair. Hence, I have refrained from adding any leather bags to my collection and haven't seriously considered a leather journal cover like those produced by Renaissance for a Moleskine. But they sure are perty, ain't they?
