Some luxuries are worth the price and bed linen is one of those items that soothes my senses.

Unfortunately, many of the American manufacturers once abloom no longer make or sell the kind of linen I love. It seems that marimekko is still available with new patterns.

And the last set of bed linen I bought was at one of my favourite shops in Brattleboro (VT) Dragonfly Dry Goods, where I ordered a lovely pattern in the Pine Cone Hill series.

With daylight savings time two days long, and Spring potentially in the air, I may have to splurge on new sheeting.
