Bartering for the Best

I haven't had much of a chance to barter these days, but back in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, I bartered on a regular basis--mostly service for service, but occasionally service for edibles.

This unique bartering approach to paying the bill, and "Recession Wednesdays" at a restaurant in the south east of the Netherlands sounds sensible and a potential boon to those seeing similar shrinking diners.
