Cuba has fundamentally been accepted back into the fold by a OAS unanimous vote (US included). A landmark vote after an absence of more than 45 years and one that may be another step in healing wounds among North, South and Central Americas economically and politically.
It is obviously too early to predict what changes we might see (or experience) but I am hoping for good beet sugar, cigars, exchange of medical research data and tourism!
