I finally broke the seal on this hand made journal and decided to use it for notes at my desk--it is as compact as any journal could be and takes fountain pens as well as many others.
Rolled and tied the journal is 4-1/2" high, and 3" wide. Opened the pages are 9" long.
I got it in Park Slope, circa 2001.
