I find it fascinating, yes that is the right word, that Ayaan Hirsi Ali is in the Dutch court hoping to retain her right for security while living in the United States.And I won't be surprised one way or another if the court rules in her favour.
Terrorism has no bounds, and after Theo van Gogh's murder, the Netherlands went into shock. With that in mind, they might not want to risk more blood and on their hands if something did happen.
But it certainly is hutspa for her to think it was a given.
